Reservations require an advance rent deposit for confirmation. For cash, credit card, traveler's checks or money order  one night's rate advance rent deposit is required.  This payment must be received within seven (7) days of  making the reservation or it will be automatically cancelled. Personal checks are accepted only for advance rent deposit or prepayment of reservations received 30 days prior to arrival.

1.) To receive a full refund of the advanced deposit, reservations must be cancelled seven (7) days before arrival.

2.) A $500 damage deposit is required at check-in for payment made by cash.  This deposit is  not applicable to room rent. It is refundable within fifteen (15) days of departure provided there is no loss or damage to the unit.  For rent paid with a credit card, any damages will be charged to the credit card on file at the time of check-in.

3.) Maximum number of guests in a one bedroom is 4 persons; 2 bedroom is 6 persons; 3 bedrooms is 8 persons.

4.) Rent is payable in advance at check-in by cash, VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Diner's Club, or travelers checks. WE DO NOT ACCEPT PERSONAL CHECKS AT CHECK-IN. There are NO REFUNDS FOR EARLY DEPARTURE. Telephone charges are paid upon departure (.50 + tax for local outgoing calls, and a 30% markup on long distance). Calling cards and all (800) calls are at no charge.

5.) All units are fully furnished condominiums with kitchens, washers/dryers, and microwaves. Maid service is provided after (1) week (except monthly stays) with towel exchange every other day. There is no towel exchange on Sundays. We suggest that you bring your own beach towels or blankets. The Breakers does not permit linens or towels to be taken from the unit.

6.) Initial setup of laundry and dishwashing detergent, toilet tissue and trash bag is provided. Any additional items must be provided by guest or purchased at the Front Desk.

7.) Both smoking and non-smoking units are available. There will be no smoking in non-smoking units. An additional fee will be charged upon inspection in the non-smoking units where smoking has occurred.

8.) We will not rent to anyone under the age of 25 years unless accompanied by an adult guardian or parent.
