Upcoming Projects

    Beginning the first week of December 2025 there are 2 projects that will begin at the Breakers.

  1. Construction Services will be milling and paving our parking lots, and this will be done in 4 sections beginning on the far west end. The section under repairs will be coned, taped and sectioned off and no cars can be parked on/in that area until all barriers are removed. This will also mean all owner’s vehicles that are parked under the west building (owner parking) will need to park outside as to not drive anywhere on the asphalt until that area is completed.
  2. The a/c refrigerant lines that service every unit have been determined by our Engineering company to have reached the end of their service life and need to be replaced. Therefore, the Board has contracted with System Service and Engineering to replace all of these lines for every unit. These lines run from the roof down to their respective unit serviced and will be repaired stack by stack. starting with units in the 01 stack ( 701 – 101). This will be done by pulling the a/c lines in a complete stack at one time which means all the a/cs in that stack will be inoperative until the new lines are installed. We will not know exactly how long the a/c units in a stack will be out, but it is estimated 2 – 4 days. They will have a large crew working so hopefully they will be able to do more than 1 stack of units at a time thus speeding up the project.
