This is to inform you we are still replacing all AC refrigerant lines to every unit in the West building. Currently (as of 1/23.2026) we have completed the unit stacks that end in 16-12. We project to completed the west building by March 2026.
A/C Replacement Lines:
System Services & Engineering will start in the West building in units ending in 11 & 10 on January 26th. There is no way to tell how long it will take to complete each unit until they begin. It is possible some units will need sheetrock removed behind the air handler. They will need access into each unit so we would appreciate everyone’s cooperation and understanding in knowing that we have no way of determining the timeframes of when access to each unit will be needed. A/C and Heat will not be operational during this process. These are mandatory repairs that need to be done for all units so there is NO option to decline access.
